I have been with Don Moore Insurance in Canyon for many years and I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about them. I have had claims on some of my vehicles and on my house and they were all handled promptly and courteously. The staff is always very friendly and very helpful. I get calls and mail from other insurance companies often telling me I can get better service and rates from them if I call or return their mail. Insurance is expensive and of course I'd like better rates. Through the years I have compared rates with others but I have yet to feel that I can justify the change. In fact, the quotes I've received have never been as good as what I am paying.

I always recommend Don Moore Insurance in Canyon to friends and family, or anybody I hear talking about insurance. I live in Borger and I take care of my business over the phone and I am treated as promptly and efficiently as if I was there in person.

I've been with this company for more years than I can remember. When I have a question, they are quick to respond. When I'm in need, they have always been there for me. Actually, I started with this company when the owner was a close friend. I think he told Don Moore and the team to take care of me. The only thing that occurs is that notifications often go to Spam or Newsletters. I don't check those sites often, so am delayed in seeing messages. A case in point was the need to get new auto insurance cards. I would prefer that the messages come directly to my email. Otherwise the information I receive is useful.
